RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid, 100 ml

RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid is an intense liquid oxidant for eyebrows and eyelashes tinting. Designed specifically for use with RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints. Can also be used around the sensitive eye area. The liquid developer ensures brilliant colour results and can be used without concern in the sensitive eye area.

How to use: 

1. Immediately before tinting, mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream into a creamy paste.
2. Afterward, apply to brows and lashes.
3. Remove by using cotton wool pads and water.

Ingredients: Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxid, Triethanolamine, Phosphoric Acid, C12-13 Pareth-9.
